What We're Reading

1. Improbable pastimes 7: Love Chess. "With its combination of erotica and chess, LoveChess was the first erotic game that showed sexual action in a stylish, humorous and light-hearted way. Now, this unique concept got even better with the release of Lovechess : Age of Egypt" – (NSFW). (ewwww).

2. Tim Berners Lee admits forward slashes in every web address 'were a mistake': "‘People having to use that finger so much, he said, waving his index finger. ‘Think of the amount of print that would have been saved if I had of removed the double slash.'"’

3. Rolling Stone: British Press Blame David Bowie for Recession; We Clear Ziggy Stardust’s Good Name

4. Last night I saw Val Kilmer in "The Saint". I think it marks somewhere around 'so bad it's good' on the movie quality vs. movie enjoyability scale.

5. Omar bin Laden recalls obsessive, occassionally abusive father.
